Who We Are

My sister Mikayla (pictured above) had launched ShEmpower Fitness first in 2017 with the mission to empower women and for us all to see greatness in each other. She also wanted to motivate and support all those trying to achieve their goals no matter what journey you were on. 

May 2020 we lost Mikayla, and our world was shattered. Mikayla was such a light in this world and inspiration to so many at such a young age. In honor of Mikayla and her mission I decided to launch ShEmpower Fit again to keep her mission alive. ShEmpower Fit will be more than just nutritional supplements, apparel, and fitness guidance but also a community to empower each other to live out our dreams. It will serve as a welcoming environment to discuss the mental challenges and grief encountered while navigating the journey of life.

Mikayla always dreamed of building an empire and that's exactly what we are going to do here. Appreciate you all!
